Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the lighting fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
